Kelly Cobeen is a Principal with Wiss Janney Elstner Associates in its San Francisco area office and is a registered Civil and Structural Engineer with more than 30 years of experience. Cobeen has been involved in numerous code development, research and educational activities, including serving on the Provisions Update Committee for the NEHRP Provisions, the ASCE/SEI-7 Seismic Subcommittee, participating in code-development hearings, and involvement in a number of BSSC and ATC seismic-related projects.
